THREE GEMS

2020 - 2025

THREE GEMS began in April 2020 as a creative outlet. I started by pulling apart old, unwanted jewellery and turning the pieces into something new. It grew into a small jewellery business, which I used throughout my degree to test and develop my design skills in a real-world setting.

The name THREE GEMS comes from the coincidence that my siblings and I are all named after gemstones. Each piece was inspired by a place I had travelled to, drawing on its colours, textures and senses to shape the jewellery. I developed the brand identity, packaging and product photography, while also designing and hand-making each piece. I worked with locally sourced and repurposed materials, with sustainability and thoughtful design at the heart of the brand.
